This course is designed to RE-CERTIFY participants in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, First Aid & CPR/AED for Lifeguards.

Participants must successfully complete the following PRE-REQUISITES:

1) Swim 300 yards continuously, using rhythmic breathing.

2) Swim 20 yards, surface dive to a depth of 7 - 10 feet, retrieve a 10-pound dive brick and swim back to the starting point.

Participants MUST be able to attend the entire time as no make-up sessions will be offered.

*NO TEACHING or REVIEW will be offered. Participants will take both the written and practical exams for each section.

You will need your own POCKET MASK for this challenge course.
